Dr. Lu is the founder of this dental practice, which was opened in 2003. He has served the Calgary community in general dentistry since 2000.
Dr. Lu was enrolled at the National Defense Medical Centre, Taiwan, where he graduated in 1988 with a D.D.S. degree. He continued to practice and advance his training at the Veteran General Hospital, Taiwan, where he also completed his resident and chief resident training. In 1999, Dr. Lu moved from Vancouver to Calgary with his family. Afterwards, he chose this central location to start his practice.
His approach to all of his patients is gentle. He has always focused on creating a comfortable and calming environment for his patients.
He currently practices as a family dentist. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and playing soccer and has a passion for photography.
Dr. Coe graduated from the University of Alberta's Doctorate of Dental Surgery program in 1990.
He has completed undergraduate degrees and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences and a Bachelor of Administration degree from Brock University.
Since graduation, he has pursued his interest in esthetic and comprehensive dentistry through advanced continuing education programs.
In his leisure time he enjoys the outdoors cycling, hiking and pursuing his interests in art and photography.
Our hygienists are gentle and caring professionals who provide optimal patient care for oral health. These individuals strive to demonstrate techniques on brushing and flossing and will recommend dental products to best optimize your oral health.
Our hygienists not only clean your teeth, they educate our patients on the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene and good nutrition.
They genuinely care about your oral health by educating you on the prevention of gum disease and preservation of your teeth.
The registered dental assistants in this office are enthusiastic individuals who strive to look out for our patient’s comfort and safety. They work together with the dentist in any way possible in order to create the best environment for our patients.
Our assistants are responsible for preparing our patients and assisting the dentist during procedures. They ensure the treatment rooms run smoothly and work hard to keep the schedule on time for maximum efficiency, as well as keeping sterilization to the high standards following the Alberta Dental Association guidelines.
The assistants are competent in many chairside duties, which include taking X-rays, taking impressions, performing polishing and fluoride.
Our receptionists are highly trained in the insurance field and strive to help you understand and communicate with your insurance company about any questions on insurance claims, coverage and payments. They are responsible for checking our patients in and out, booking and confirming appointments and answering phone calls about any questions you may have.
